PM Realty is the resilience story. The challenge. The customer needed an operational continuity story that could be demonstrated, not just described. The architecture had to handle planned change windows (deployments, patches) and unplanned events (instance failure, AZ disruption) without operational interruption — and the recovery evidence had to be visible to the auditors and lenders who ask for it.

The approach. AWS Resilience Hub configured to model the workload’s recovery-time and recovery-point targets, with tested failover routines and a documented incident-response runbook. Multi-AZ deployment for the production tier, automated AWS Backup vaults to a separate region, CloudWatch alarms and dashboards tied to operational SLOs. Quarterly resilience drills to validate that the recovery posture holds in practice, not only on paper.
